Fill in your details below — the letter on the right updates as you type. Empty fields show as [highlighted] reminders. When it looks right, print to PDF, copy, or email.

💡 Tip: click or hover a field to light up exactly where it lands in the letter.

Letter format & language
Applies to the whole letter and the printed / PDF page. Pick the paper size for your region so it prints to one page.
1 Letterhead & co-branding
Your logo appears on the letterhead. By default it's paired with the ACS + Relay For Life Global lockup — switch that off below to use your logo on its own.
2 Organisation & recipient
Tunes the letter's wording — e.g. "your group". Pick the closest fit.
Used several times throughout the letter — e.g. "VFW Post 2378", "Scout Troop 114".
Defaults to today. Style is set by "Date format" above.
One line per row.
If filled, the Email button pre-addresses your draft to the organisation.
3 Salutation
Preview: Dear Ms. [Surname],
4 Your programme
Reads: "…a dedicated [your role] to make the experience easy and meaningful."
5 Local impact line (optional)
6 More ways to take part (optional)
7 Your Relay event (optional)
8 How to reach you & sign-off
Pick the grouping your country uses — no country code needed. Choose "No formatting" for anything unusual; the number is just printed on the letter.
Never guess a URL — verify it first, or leave blank.

✉ Email opens a draft in your default mail app. If it doesn't open a ready-to-send draft, use Copy email text and paste it into your webmail.  📝 For the branded letterhead version, use Print / Save as PDF and attach it.
